We have represented contractors and public and private owners and have wide-ranging experience in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation. We have tackled disputes involving an almost unending list of issues, including contract interpretation, non-payment, mechanic’s liens, project financing, defective work, defective design, warranties, and insurance. We have worked with various project approaches (design-bid-build, design-build, CM, CMAR, multi-prime, and IPD) and compensation structures (lump sum, cost-plus, GMP, target cost, and shared savings).
